Word sets are available in 3 sizes: Small set 4.5"x 2.5", Med. set 6.5"x 3" and Large set 8.5x 4.25 (sizes vary slightly with each word in sets) Each layer is cut from 1/8" Birchwood for an overall thickness of 1/4".
